It's Saturday already and time for another update. Where did the week go? Actually, where did the year go? Fall is already in the air, and we are getting very close to a couple of weddings (my sister's in November and my own in December.) Time is flying! The puppies are keeping pace with time and are growing by leaps and bounds. They all get along really well together and absolutely love the run out back of the kennels. As you can see in the video, they are still skeptical of their pool, but are getting used to it - kinda. They are scheduled to go for a checkup and first shots with my vet in a little over a week, and then will be ready to go home once they are old enough. It's been great raising them, and I can hardly wait to see how they do in their new homes. These are special pups! The only sad piece of news is that it seems almost certain that Maud cannot hear. She is completely unresponsive to noise. She is also quite clumsy, so I'm not sure how well she sees, but all puppies are clumsy at this age, and she runs, jumps, and plays with confidence, so if her vision is impaired, I don't think it's much at all. But she doesn't let her handicap slow her down a bit! She is just as happy, curious, and whole-hearted as her siblings, and gets along just fine. She is currently looking for a home, so please contact me if you are interested in giving her the right home. (Because of her handicap, I am only asking $500 to cover the costs and time of raising her.) She has a lot of love to give to the right person! Enjoy the pictures, video, and fall weather!
